Come on in and make yourself at home in our space! Here’s a place where the sea is right at your doorstep, waiting to greet you every morning from our balcony. Imagine kicking back in our cozy chairs, the sea breeze on your face, and just soaking up the calm vibes.

Let me show you around. Our master bedroom? It’s super spacious – a real dreamy spot to relax and unwind. And if you're into cooking, you're gonna love our kitchen. It's got loads of room and all the stuff you need, like a microwave, a wok, and a big fridge.

We've got a massive 58-inch Smart TV. Guests log into their own Netflix or other streaming accounts and should log out before checkout. We do not provide a Netflix subscription.

Get ready for some fun at our place. Dive into the condo pool for a swim (open 8am to 8pm, and from 12pm on Tuesday, Thursday and Saturday because of morning maintenance) or play a game or two of tennis. Love games? Our game room is all set with pool and ping pong tables for some friendly competition. The condo BBQ pit can be used too: book it with us at least 3 days ahead, and condo management takes a RM200 deposit.

For those who love staying fit, our gym is fully equipped. You'll love our cozy reading room if reading's more your thing. We've also got separate hangout rooms for everyone to relax in.

Movie buffs, you're in for a treat with our theatre room – it's like having a cinema right here! Fancy bowling? Check out our bowling room and see if you can score a strike. Need some quiet time? Our garden is perfect for a peaceful walk or some meditation.

And don't you worry about safety – our 24/7 security has covered it. So, whether you're here to chill or get some work done, all these cool spots are here for you to enjoy during their opening hours.

1. Just around the corner is Danga Bay Beach, the perfect spot for chilling and catching a gorgeous sunset. Trust me, you'll want to take tons of pictures.

2. Legoland Malaysia is only a hop, skip, and jump away if you're looking for some fun. And it's not just for kids; adults can have a blast there too, with all the cool Lego creations.

3. If you want to experience local life, take a stroll down Jalan Trus. It’s the place for awesome food, neat little shops, and a slice of the area's history.

4. Animal lovers, you're in for a treat at Johor Zoo. It's home to some adorable and wild creatures – like tiger cubs and elephants. It's a fantastic way to spend a day.

5. For those who love shopping, we've got the Country Garden Danga Bay Mall. It's packed with shops, food, and all that good stuff.

Our neighbourhood has a bit of everything: beaches, amusement parks, cool streets, animals, and shopping. Can't wait for you to come and see for yourself!

Hey, getting around here is super easy! Whether you're into walking, biking, or hopping on a bus, there are plenty of options. The area is really pedestrian-friendly, so you can stroll to cafes, parks, and stores with no trouble.

If public transport is more your thing, there's a bus stop just a couple of minutes away. It's your ticket to all the cool places in town.

Parking
- 2 free parking bays on Level P2.
- No car park passcard. You show a QR to the guard at the barrier every time you drive in or out, one QR per car.
- Send us your name, phone number and car plate before you arrive. We'll send the QR by 12pm on check-in day, with photos showing the way to your bays.

So, no stress about getting around – you'll get the hang of it in no time once you're here!

🧹 Good to know: Daily cleaning isn't included with your stay. If you'd like a refresh during your booking, just let us know — we're happy to arrange it for an additional fee.

And guess what? All your electricity is included, so no extra charges or meter worries exist. But, if you're stepping out, flip off the lights and A/C, okay? It's a small step for you but a giant leap for our planet!
