Welcome to our cozy and family-friendly 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom apartment located right beside Legoland!

1. Bedrooms:

• Master Bedroom: Features a comfortable queen-sized bed and an en-suite bathroom. Large windows offer beautiful views and plenty of natural light.
• Second Bedroom: This room includes 2 queen-sized beds and playful décor to make younger guests feel right at home.

2. Bathrooms:

• Bathroom 1: En-suite to the master bedroom, includes sink, and toilet.
• Bathroom 2: Accessible from the main living area, includes a shower, sink, and toilet.

3. Living Area:

• A spacious and inviting living room with plush seating, perfect for family gatherings or unwinding after a day of adventure.

4. Kitchen & Dining:

• A fully equipped kitchen featuring modern appliances: refrigerator, stove, microwave, and all the cookware and utensils you need to prepare delicious meals.
• A cozy dining area with seating for the whole family.

5. Amenities:

• High-Speed Wi-Fi: Stay connected with complimentary internet throughout the apartment.
• Entertainment: Smart TV provided. Guests may use their own streaming accounts and must log out before checkout. Netflix is not provided.
• Parking: One free parking bay for your first car. A second car pays RM3 per entry at the building.
• Laundry: In-unit washer available for your use.

6. Views & Surroundings:

• Stunning Views: Large windows offer panoramic sights of Legoland.
• Proximity to Attractions: Just a short walk to Legoland, making it easy to arrive early and beat the crowds.

7. Transportation:

• Convenient Access to Singapore: A nearby bus stop offers CW buses to and from Singapore, perfect for day trips or easy commuting.

Guests have full access to the entire apartment during their stay. This includes both bedrooms, both bathrooms, the living room, dining area, fully equipped kitchen, and the dedicated workspace.

Kids get their own corner with a Lego table, little chairs and a hippo stool. You'll also enjoy the following:

• Swimming Pools: Access to both the adult and kid swimming pools located on Level 22.
• Outdoor Playground & Garden: Perfect for kids, located on Level G.
• Gym: in poor shape, most of the equipment is broken or missing, so please don't count on it.

• Aircon power saver: The 3 aircons get their power from the white "Press to get power" button near the door.
• Arriving to an empty home: when the door opens you'll hear a beeping sound. Close the door, then press it once and switch on the aircon with the remote
• Someone already inside with the aircon on: each time the front door opens you'll hear a beeping sound. Once the door is closed, you have 30 seconds to press the button once to keep the aircon running
• Missed it? Just press it again and the aircon comes back on by itself
• The button only works once the door is closed
• A quick press is all it takes, no need to hold it
• Lights, power points, fridge and WiFi are not affected
• Our check-in guide shows exactly where the button is

• Complimentary Parking: 1 free parking spot is available for your vehicle.

• Toiletries Provided: Shampoo, body wash, single-use toothbrushes, and toothpaste are included.

• Good to know: Daily cleaning isn't included with your stay. If you'd like a refresh during your booking, just let us know and we can arrange it for an additional fee.

• Arriving early or leaving late? The guard at reception can hold your luggage, RM10 to RM40 depending on size.

• A newborn baby bassinet and a high chair are available.

• Afiniti opened in 2016, so the building is about 10 years old. The lobby, lifts and car park show their age.

• The basement car park is narrow and dim in places. The day before check-in we send a step-by-step guide to your parking bay and the right lift.

• Most cafés nearby open around 9:30 to 10am. For an early breakfast, Coffee Bean at Gleneagles, 150 m away, opens at 7am.

• Groceries: there's a 24-hour minimart and a 7-Eleven right next to each other in the building, plus a bigger supermarket, Ben's Independent Grocer, across the road at Mall of Medini.

• Part of the walk to Legoland is not covered, so bring an umbrella on rainy days.
