Three bedrooms, three bathrooms, on level 4.

Green room: corner windows over the water, a table for two, and a fold down wall desk. Queen bed, plus a foldable mattress for a seventh guest.

Pink room: queen bed, water view, and a bistro table at the window.

Blue room: queen bed and a cushioned window seat.

Airbnb never counts floor mattresses, which is why the card says 3 beds. Seven people do fit.

Three bathrooms, all with hot water showers. One of them has no window.

Kitchen: gas hob and hood, fridge and freezer, microwave, rice cooker, kettle, and a filtered water dispenser. The dispenser gives hot and room temperature water only, no chilled.

Living room: sofa, dining table, TV, and its own air conditioner. Four air conditioners in total, one in each bedroom and one here.

Balcony: hanging egg chair, a bar counter with stools, and the water in front of you.

200 mbps WiFi. Washing machine and a drying rack.

The whole flat is yours. Nothing is shared with other guests.

Parking is one free bay, lot 81 on level P6. It is a tandem bay, so two cars fit one behind the other. Extra cars use visitor parking at RM20 a night.

Check in is self service, so you will not need to meet anyone. We send full arrival instructions with photos the day before you arrive, and we are on hand if anything is unclear once you are here.

Royal Strand is the block closest to the water in Country Garden Danga Bay, and the beach is a two minute walk. Shops, food and parking are on the street directly below the block. Inside the grounds there is a swimming pool and a separate children's pool, a gym, a tennis court, a playground, and a yoga and dance room, all free for residents and their guests. CIQ and the Causeway are about 6 km away, roughly a ten minute drive.

The Causeway Link CG1 shuttle runs from Phoenix Club, inside Country Garden Danga Bay, straight to JB Sentral. It goes hourly on the hour from 4am to 11pm and costs RM1.50. CIQ is about 6 km, roughly a ten minute drive. Parking for one car is included, a tandem bay on level P6. Extra visitor parking is RM20 a night. The beach is a two minute walk from the block.

Check in is from 3pm and is self service. The day before you arrive we email a registration link for Aerea Home, the building's resident system. You generate your own QR from it, one for the whole group, and it opens the pedestrian gate and the Block 10A lobby door.

If the door code fails twice, stop. A third try freezes the lock and it will reject the correct code too. Message us instead.

No luggage storage before check in or after checkout.

Daily cleaning is not included. For a refresh on a longer stay, just ask.

The TV streams but Netflix is not included, so bring your own login. The wall switch beside the TV cabinet needs to be on.
