THE BUILDING
• Swimming pool on Level 22, open 7am to 9pm
• Playground and surau on Level G
• The gym on Level 22 is in poor shape. Most of the equipment is broken or missing, so please don't count on it
• One free car park on Level P1-b. A second car pays RM3 per entry at the building
• 7-Eleven on the ground floor of the block

• You have the whole apartment to yourselves
• Check-in is self service and it is quick
• Your door code comes through on the day you arrive, by noon. We change it before every stay
• A digital check-in guide with photos is sent to you before arrival
• Pool on Level 22 and the playground and surau on Level G are open to you as a guest
• Arriving early or leaving late? The guard at reception can hold your luggage, RM10 to RM40 depending on size

Check-in is self service, and it is quick.

Your door code comes through on the day you arrive, by noon. We change it before every stay, so it will not arrive earlier than that.

We are not on site, but we are on the other end of a message and we answer fast. Ask us anything, from a bulb that has gone to where to eat that is not the mall.

• Legoland Malaysia and the Legoland Water Park are a 3 minute walk, about 300 m
• BIG supermarket is a 2 minute walk, about 100 m, so you can stock the fridge the day you arrive
• A 7-Eleven sits on the ground floor of the block
• Mall of Medini is a short walk for food and shopping
• Eco Botanic is a few minutes by car, and that is where the cafes and restaurants are
• Puteri Harbour and its ferry terminal are about 7 minutes by car
• The area is new, flat and walkable, and it is built around the theme parks
• Evenings are quiet once the parks close

• Legoland is a 3 minute walk, so most families never move the car
• BIG supermarket is a 2 minute walk, so you do not need the car for groceries
• Mall of Medini is a slightly longer walk, and the 7-Eleven is downstairs
• Eco Botanic is a few minutes by car for cafes and restaurants
• Puteri Harbour and the ferry terminal are about 7 minutes by car
• One free car park comes with the unit, on Level P1-b
• The ramp down is narrow, so fold your mirrors in and take it slowly
• Extra cars use visitor parking at RM3 an entry
• Grab is easy to get here

• Non-smoking unit. No smoking, no vaping, and no durian or mangosteen inside please
• Aircon power saver: The 3 aircons get their power from the white "Press to get power" button on the cabinet between the dining table and the kitchen
• Arriving to an empty home: when the door opens you'll hear a beeping sound. Close the door, then press it once, flip the aircon wall switch on and use the remote
• Someone already inside with the aircon on: each time the front door opens you'll hear a beeping sound. Once the door is closed, you have 30 seconds to press the button once to keep the aircon running
• Missed it? Just press it again and the aircon comes back on by itself
• The button only works once the door is closed
• A quick press is all it takes, no need to hold it
• Lights, power points, fridge and WiFi are not affected
• Our check-in guide shows exactly where the button is
• The gym on Level 22 is in poor shape, most of the equipment is broken or missing. The pool, playground and surau are open as normal
• The pool is open 7am to 9pm
• Netflix is not included. Sign in with your own account and sign out before you go
• Towels, shampoo, body wash, a hairdryer and a garment steamer are provided
• We answer messages fast. Ask us anything on the booking platform
• Afiniti opened in 2016, so the building is about 10 years old. The lobby, lifts and car park show their age
• The basement car park is narrow and dim in places. The day before check-in we send a step-by-step guide to your parking bay and the right lift
• Most cafés nearby open around 9:30 to 10am. For an early breakfast, Coffee Bean at Gleneagles, 150 m away, opens at 7am
• Groceries: there's a 24-hour minimart and a 7-Eleven right next to each other in the building, plus a bigger supermarket, Ben's Independent Grocer, across the road at Mall of Medini
• Part of the walk to Legoland is not covered, so bring an umbrella on rainy days
